Student Leadership

The Ross BBA DEI Committee works to improve all student experiences by creating and maintaining action-based structures dedicated to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within Ross, and establishing meaningful connections between Michigan Ross students, staff and faculty members, and Ross School Leadership.

BBA DEI Committee is within BBA Council that sits under the VP of DEI, and consists of five positions of equal authority, general members, and committee chairs. The DEI Committee envisions a Michigan Ross community that is not only as diverse as the global communities that Ross works to empower, but upholds a level of equity and inclusivity that affords each student the opportunity, and confidence, to utilize their unique experiences socially and academically.

Inclusive Leaders Pathway Facilitators

The Inclusive Leaders Pathway (ILP) program is a degree requirement for the BBA program that is designed to introduce Ross students to the concepts of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the contexts of their business education and roles as future business leaders.

The role of ILP Facilitators is to engage Ross students in intentional, reflective conversations about how their own identities and the diversity of groups intersects with their experience in business school and future professional aspirations. Facilitators do this by modeling how to talk about complex topics, creating an environment where students feel safe to share from personal experience, and asking thought-provoking questions to further discussion and reflection during the Senior year Organizations workshops.  Applications for this is a paid position open each Spring.

Affinity Clubs

Affinity Clubs at Michigan Ross bring together students around shared interests and identities.
